- Our product goes through very strict quality control checks. Should there be a physical and visible defect on any of our products, you can contact us, and we will be glad to pick up the product from your destination, and give you a FULL REFUND or EXCHANGE should you prefer.
- Note that we will not refund products that has been consumed or thrown away. Only products that has been physically returned (even if cooked) will be refunded or exchanged.
- We are a registered PayFast merchant. This means that you can pay online by means of VISA, MASTERCARD, MASTERPASS, Instant EFT, Bitcoin, Mobicred and e-Wallet
- We also accept manual EFT Payments – Please note that the delivery will only be scheduled once the funds are cleared. Proof of payment can be sent to sales@mannameats.co.za
- We also accept CARD on Delivery in the form of DEBIT and/or CREDIT CARDS (No CASH)
- Your delivery fee will be based on your order total. For orders below R750, a R100 surcharge is charged. To view our delivery charges, simply view our Delivery policy.
- There is also an additional delivery surcharge for areas on the outskirts of JHB and PTA, simply view these areas HERE
- Our very dynamic and effective fleet will deliver your product to your doorstep and address of choice.
- All our meats are stored in refrigerators that are designed to keep your meat extra fresh for longer
- Our main delivery vehicle is insulated and refrigerated to keep your meat extra cold and fresh during transit.

- We deliver from Mondays to Saturdays. Please view our delivery policy for more details.
- We will notify you in advance when we will be delivering. Please make sure that you have someone available to accept your order.
- Our delivery vehicle is insulated and refrigerated to keep your meat extra cold and fresh during transit.
- All our meats are stored in refrigerators that are designed to keep your meat extra fresh for longer.
- Your order will be vacuum seale, labelled and neatly packed inside our very unique and contemporary packaging.
- Please do note that our packaging is NOT designed to keep your perishable meat products cold and fresh for long periods. Even though your package will be delivered to you according to every health standard, we urge all customers to immediately place your meat products in a fridge or cooling facility
- Okay so you don’t have any cooling facilities available! Not too worry, when you check out we will give you the option to receive your meat order in our branded polystyrene cooler boxes at an additional R65. The polystyrene cooler box is designed to keep your product cold and fresh for up to 6hours.
