How long does a 1kg Leg of Lamb take to cook?

Roast the lamb for 15 minutes at 230 degrees Celcius, then turn the heat down to 200°C and continue roasting for 15 minutes per 500g. (So a 1kg half-leg of lamb will need 30 minutes, 45 in total). If you want your lamb brown rather than pink, then cook it for a little longer. It is up to you how pink you like your lamb!
