Everyone can pick their own piece of deliciousness when it comes to burger sauces. Our chicken patties are perfect to pair with the following sauces:

Classic burger sauce: 

• 3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
• 1 Tbsp finely chopped spring onion
• 1 Tbsp Mustard

Mix it all together and you have the perfect sweet, sour, and tangy sauce to go with your meal!

Cheesy Jalapeno Sauce

• 125ml Milk
• 1 Tbsp Flour
• 10g Butter
• 50g grated  Gouda or Cheddar cheese
• 25g Chopped Jalapeno

Add milk, flour, and butter to a pan over medium heat. Constantly stir until the mixture thickens. Add the grated cheese and chopped jalapeno peppers.

This recipe can be adjusted to suit your taste, want more of a kick? Up the number of jalapenos! Want something a bit more cheesy? Add more cheese!
